"The apartment had everything needed for the 4 of us on a one night stay in Bordeaux. It is pretty compact, but comfortable, well equipped and easy to get to on the tram. The owner Fabienne was delightful and a mine of information about places to visit in Bordeaux."

"We stayed in the upstairs apartment. It was perfect for us in every way. The host made us very welcome and provided lots of useful information. We loved being able to catch up on washing. Nearby parking on the street was free and easy with a short walk. Highly recommended. Walking to the tram station made us feel like locals. Safe neighbourhood."

"Stayed in the apartment, not the cabin shown. Initially though it was a little far from the centre but actually a really easy and pleasant walk. Apartment had everything needed."

"The first floor apartment was large, with a bedroom, lounge, and separate kitchen/dining room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Washing machine in the apartment was handy. It’s in a very quiet location about 20 minutes walk to centre of Bordeaux. Can park on the street for free from 7pm to 9am, then have to move about 250 meters to another area, which is perfect."

"No air conditioning, which made sleeping a bit challenging in mid summer , however 3 fans are provided for comfort."

"It is in a residential neighborhood near few facilities. There are neighbours so anyone thinking they can have a late night in the garden should forget it. (We didn’t have or want a late night in the garden)"

"The appartment was extremely cosy, location was decent with stores/cafes/bakeries only 10 minutes away, the park nearby was lovely also."

"The front door lock into the property was a little stiff, had to be locked going in and out for security, so ease of use would've made that a little better."

"Excellent location, near to bus, near to small market. The appartment was nice, clean and silent. Windows with yard view. Landlaidy Fabiana was very helpfull and pleasant. Just notice if you have a car: The parking lot before house is for free from 19 till 9 only Othervise you must park at near public place. It is just one minute by walk (so its really close enought). But it is on densely populated estate. I had a rental car so I was worried about some scratches. Mrs Fabiana ensure me thats safe place. And yes, finally there were no problem, everything was fine 😊"
