"Maison de propriétaire occupant « simplifiée », on sent qu’elle a été intelligemment conçue pour occupation et location. Très agréable à vivre, chambres spacieuses, salles de bains nickel dont une douche très récente. Octogénaires de plain-pied ouf les commodités et nous en chambres à l’étage. Belle et simple cuisine sur espace de vis très agréable avec cheminée. Jardin quasiment sans sis-à-vis. Passage des véhicules du boulevard un peu plus bas mais franchement excellent équilibre entre le calme et la proximité d’une station très animée comme Perros-Guirec. Facile de visiter de superbes sites dans un rayon de 15 à 30 minutes."

"Loved the location of the site for the area, very central for exploring le Cap de Feret. Site in a lovely area, with lots of facilities and beautiful surroundings with a private beach, a nice bar overlooking the beach. Lovely restaurant near to the beach, which was like a local restaurant ( not cafeteria style) with good food. There is also another bar and next to that, a takeaway for eating there or wherever you like. Very nice swimming pool too. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Nice sitting out verandah and also had a barbecue."
