"The flat was in an immaculate condition The air-conditioning and the free parking were a bonus and not readily available in similar flats. Location is in a quiet residential area, yet very close to shopping options and a short ride to most touristic attractions. To top all that, the unique decorative touch with plenty of books, massive beds, friendly plants and Netflex TV made feel like home. Detailed video instructions on how to access and use all the facilities were provided too"

"The spaciousness and lightness of the apartment and the furniture. The local Beauregard square (1 minute away) had a very good supermarket and a few other shops and a couple of restaurants/bars. It is on the edge of the university area. Car parking space in the basement. Five minutes off the ring road. About a 12 minute bus ride into the centre of Rennes. The stop was just across the square (C4 west). 2 euro fare. The towels were great.. We used the apartment as a base for 4 nights, tripping to mont st michel by bus (75 minutes) and St Malo by train (55 minutes) and Rennes itself. The apartment was just right for us."

"A very spacious apartment with everything you need for a long stay - an equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, enough dishes, a washing machine, a dryer, a hair dryer, an iron, a good bathroom. The apartment was well cleaned before our arrival. The apartment has air conditioning, which is important in the summer, thanks to it it was comfortable to be indoors in the summer in hot and stuffy weather. Good location of the apartment - 15 minutes to the center and the nearest beach, there are many grocery stores and cafes nearby. Very responsive owner of the apartment, we were able to agree with her on an earlier check-in, which was very important for us after an early arrival in the city, we are very grateful to her."

"Very secluded site with minimal but good facilities. Very friendly host. Composting toilet was a shock to my teenage daughters but it was fine. There is one other hut on the site which might make things a little awkward as the shower and toilet are shared. It’s rural and rustic but it’s also fun and comfortable. You can park your car right outside the hut so storage isn’t a problem. It’s great for a stopover but might be a bit too rustic for some or for a lengthy stay. There is also a superb charging station just up the road for EV users."

"The location was perfect and the flat was very cosy - perfect for exploring Narbonne and the wider area (the railway station isn't too far away), but comfortable enough to just relax in after a busy day. Not too many stairs to get into the flat (it was on the 1st floor), and collecting the keys couldn't be easier - which is always helpful when arriving late in the evening."
