"The owner was very nice when we finally manged to meet him. The room is spacious."

"Difficult communication. There was no answering before we arrived and when we were in-front of the house. Not on phone, or Booking.com, or e-mails or Whatsapp. At the end the only thing that worked was sms in French language. :)"

"Beautiful house and gardens with patio, outdoor furniture and barbecue in a lovely setting. It had everything we needed for our stay and was a great base whilst in France for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Good location close to the motorway. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating."

"This property was not difficult to find, and we were lucky to find a space right outside in which to park., The apartment is spacious - 2 good-sized double bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a small, cozy and well-equipped kitchen, and a big lounge with access onto a large terrace with table and chairs. Built on a hill, the property entrance is at ground level but the rear is at first floor level. We could look down over a back garden or look up and over the town to a hill beyond. St Claude is an interesting little town to look around with plenty of places to eat and drink. Definitely worth another stay in this apartment on our next trip!"

"This is a self catering apartment, so all the catering was ours, of course. There is a boulangerie a short walk away, so easy to buy baguettes for breakfast. A trip to the supermarket in Ribeauville sorted out the basics. It is difficult to do self catering in the middle of a touring holiday, as you can't take with you all the things you might need to start off. Here in the UK, there is almost always a welcome pack of food to start you off, but this obviously isn't the norm in French self catering."
