"Large new modern appartment with great location. located in shopping street with bakery and pizzeria closeby. Soundproof, fast internet, full equiped kitchen. beautiful bathroom with washing machine. beds and sofabank are comfortable. we sleep till late everyday. Host Guillaume wait for us on late arrival and speaks english and easy to comunicate. Free parking very closeby. Loudun is especially good located to visit swimming indoor parks aquamundo and aquascope. We also visit angers (contreau factory) and saumur (castle, cadre noir and tanks museum), Also closeby futuroscope (all you can eat/atlantic is nice) and bit further to puy du fou (nice shows), This appartment is a hidden gem in the area. Everything is excellent."

"Tout est parfait dans ce logement. L'impasse qui mène à l'appartement peut être rebutante, mais ne vous y fiez pas. Une fois passé la porte (attention la tête 😉) le logement est parfait. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire (et même plus) C'est du propreté irréprochable. Avec des petites attentions pour le petit déjeuner par exemple."

"Juste faire attention à la description de Booking.com de l appartement duck and yellow. Contrairement aux 2 autres il n a pas de machine à laver. Il s agit d une erreur qui serait le fait de l agence. De fait sur le site du proprio c est bien indiqué. D ailleurs si ce dernier installait cette machine cela réglerait le pb et serait un plus bien agréable!! :)"

The area is very charming, on one of the most beautiful streets in Bordeaux with tiny balconies, coffee places, boutiques, and antique shops. The flat was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the host was helpful and accommodating, making our stay stress-free. With the riverfront just around the corner, this is an ideal spot to explore the city and we highly recommend it!"
