"The chalet was lovely and much nicer than I expected based on the pictures. The rooms were spacious and included storage (unusual for ski chalets!) and the kitchen and lounge area very open so perfect for big groups. The sauna/hot-tub/pool is fantastic and much appreciated after a day of skiing! We had 11 staying and there was also hot water each night for everyone's shower. There is also a storage space behind the cars for skis/boots, though it's unheated so we had to keep our boots inside as they got very cold. Great appliances in the kitchen and plenty of pans/kitchen utensils etc. It's also close to some beautiful hiking trails and is a very quiet area, with a great local pizzeria that made delicious pizzas."

"It was a fantastic place to stay, but a bit of a faff if you're skiing each day as it's a 5 minute uphill walk to the telecabine to take you to Les 2 Alps, but then another 10 minute walk to the Diable lift to get onto the slopes. Ski storage is available in the town which we later discovered. One issue with the downstairs ensuite bathroom, which we have let the owners know about."

"We really liked the sauna/jacuzzi. Property is very spacious and living room was quite popular space to gather all of us after skiing day. Property owners very reactive and responsive, is able to offer some help if needed."

"One of the sink was clogged but it did not impact our stay since there are 3 bathrooms."

"La maison était parfaite et très agréable, entourée de montagnes. Le spa a été un vrai plus, surtout apprécié par les triathlètes venus pour le triathlon de l’Alpe d’Huez."

"Prachtige accommodatie met goede voorzieningen. Genoeg slaapplaatsen voor 13 personen, en zelfs nog plek om twee campingbedjes kwijt te kunnen. Ook genoeg zitplaatsen in de kamer en aan de tafel, en daarnaast nog ruimte over om kids te laten spelen. Badkamers zijn schoon en mooi. Het zwembad met de jacuzzi en sauna zijn een cadeautje na een dag skiën."

"Pour 12 personnes le chalet est très confortable, bien équipé, stationnement facile pour plusieurs véhicules, propriétaire sympa et arrangeant, proximité des remontées mécaniques à 450m"

"Tout est top, seulement des minis remarques : -le spa de nage a quelques buses de réglage non fonctionnelles -des odeurs dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée à cause des remontées de canalisation"

"Gezellige en ruime chalet met alle nodige comfort. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Goede bedden. Rustige ligging (tenzij je net (onze) Engelse buren hebt). Vriendelijk verwelkomd met een lokaal product. Host deed tevergeefs z'n beest om de zwemaccomodatie weer in orde te krijgen."

"Een paar technische mankementjes zoals een verstopte lavabo en de zwemaccomodatie die buiten werking was. Het was er zeker niet vuil, maar de algemene hygiene had wel een tikkeltje beter gekunnen."

"Adequate food supplied. We would have loved a mini fridge for some fresh milk and to store some of our stuff in (owner offered the use of her personal fridge) Location was beautiful. Lovely walks around the village and surrounding farms, that we’re very clearly marked along the way and a map supplied in the room. The area was quiet. Parking fine. Close to drive to some lovely villages for sightseeing."

"If you are looking to escape the pressures of modern life then this is the place for you. The house is superb in every way, well equipped, clean and comfortable, yet retaining a bucolic tranquility that is only enhanced by the spectacular garden. Indeed you are free to wander amongst bowers and concealed plots planted with a fine range of trees and shrubs - spring, when the floral display is at its finest would, I would say, be a fabulous time to stay. Carol is a lovely host who offers plenty of suggestions for visits locally. This is, altogether, a wonderful place, and one that we hope to visit again."

"Before coming to Avignon, we stayed at an apartment-style hotel in Paris where the floor hadn’t been properly cleaned, so we had to wipe it ourselves first. In contrast, this house was spotless from corner to corner, and we were able to spend our time here very comfortably. As Japanese guests, we usually take off our shoes and walk barefoot or in socks indoors, so having clean floors made us especially happy. We also really appreciated the spacious bathroom with a large bathtub. In Japan, soaking in the bath is a daily habit, and since we walked about 15,000 steps a day during our trip in France, it was wonderful to relax and recover both body and mind in a warm bath each evening. Another thing we loved was the market just a three-minute walk away, where we could buy fresh vegetables, fruits, and croissants. Thanks to that, we could easily enjoy breakfast or dinner at home as well as dining out. It made our stay in Avignon even more delightful."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement a Font Romeu. Tout était parfait : l’appartement est très propre, confortable et très bien équipé(comme à la maison, tout y est). L’emplacement est idéal, proche des commodités et à 5min en voiture des airelles. La communication avec l’hôte a été facile et agréable. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Chien accepté, pour notre plus grand bonheur. Nous avons eu le plaisir de voir des biches depuis le séjour."

"It’s a lovely compact house , close to the beach and all the shops. It also has a little outdoor area where you can sit out for a BBQ. BBQ grill is also there .It’s very clean."
