"-great and fast communication with owner -appartment seems to be new, all equipment is working very well. The amount of tools/equipment is huge -I have never seen so cleaned rooms before(we are traveling 4x per year through Europe and always trying to choose rooms wiht best stars) but that appartment was nr 1. -all knives are very sharp in the kitchen- yes it sounds funny but in case you are doing meal on daily bases and cannot cut meat/bread etc its not pleasant at all -beds are comfortable, each room has blinds in roofwindow -Markets are 5mins away in Emrun by car -the whole house was very calm, no rush from neighbours etc"
