"L'appartement étais génial, prope ,confortable. Le propriétaire très gentil, a l'écoute, serviable. Le prix du séjour très convenable . Dommage pour le bruit, avec les passages sans cesse des véhicules, l'emplacement très bruillant, même la nuit. seul point négatif. Les autres locataires et propriétaires sont très gentils, nous avons sympathiser avec un couple en particulier ,c'est génial."

"Location was excellent in a busy part of Nice very easy to get to the tram, local restaurants and the old town. The air-conditioning was quiet and kept the place nicely warm in mid-winter, the bed had memory foam mattresses, which may not be to every taste, but worked well for us. The washing machine was much appreciated - it did a perfectly good job. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen areas looked decent and the fridge was a useful size. Wi-Fi worked just fine."
"The contact from the host just before the holiday really boosted the excitement and build up and she was fab throughout the week. The house was lovely in a really quiet residential area. We loved it"
"I went to Au Coeur de la Provence for a wedding weekend at the Château Colbert Cannet. It was so close to the castle, I didn't have to use my car. The house is well organized and adapted for hot French summers ! You can find good restaurants around, I would advise L'imprévu."

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et propre. La décoration est colorée et soignée. Le jardin est grand et le coin terrasse invite à la détente. Breff, rien à dire ! Le gîte est plus beau que sur les photos."
"The fact that it was right next to everything from the train station to the city centre. It was cosy safe. Everything was accessed via security codes and most of all everything was clean. Working and well preserved."
"Nice, charming and quiet first floor apartment. Pleasant stay right next to Gare de Lyon and the Bastille Opera. Several really nice options for coffee, restaurants and wine bars if you meander towards Place d'Aligre which has a small but very nice market. Sebastien is an excellent host"
