"Delightful little apartment opposite the chateau, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cedric, the host, made sure that we had all the information we needed to make our stay go smoothly. Highly recommended."

"I got caught in the snow walking around the city and was super happy to put everything in the washing machine when I got back and dry it overnight with the cleverly placed drying racks 👍🏼 Also it’s on the ground floor so getting in and out is easy and ergonomic."

"Wonderful location. Great communication from the owner. Lots of extra bits of information to make the 24 hours in Angers exceptional. The owner works very hard at making the apartment comfortable and cosy. A brilliantly prepared document is left to explain everything including QR codes for WiFi and a great itinerary re walking. A lot of care is taken to make the stay very enjoyable."

"Beautiful apartment right across from the Chateau walls. A few minutes walk to the Centre. Very nice and well furnished. Owner is extremely nice! Parking right in front(at a charge) we parked across the bridge for free. Will definitely stay there again if in the area!"

"Villa Cannelle is een fantastisch huis wat van alle gemakken is voorzien en aan de rand van het kleine maar gezellige dorpje Callian. Het huis van binnen is netjes, nieuw en uitgerust met airco in alle verschillende kamers. De grote ijskast in de keuken met ijsblokjesmachine is geweldig als je hier in de zomer komt. We hebben de meeste tijd doorgebracht in de heerlijke tuin met groot zwembad en voldoende plek met schaduw voor de kleine kinderen. We komen hier heel graag nog eens terug, ook omdat we zo fijn werden geholpen door de eigenaar! Goed om te weten: ze hebben meerdere huisjes naast elkaar die je samen kunt boeken; leuk met meerdere gezinnen!"

"Ottima posizione, vicino sia alla fermata dei tram (T2 e T5) sia della metro (linea D) e di bus che, però, non ho usato. Casa con doppi infissi, quindi silenziosa. Ottimo il parcheggio su strada, si trova facilmente, gratuitamente. Incontro con il proprietario all'orario stabilito, ottima cortesia e disponibilità. L'host si è dimostrato disponibile a venirci incontro nel riscaldare al meglio la casa con ulteriori stufe. Ottima la presenza della TV e della cucina a induzione. Bagno nuovo e pulito, con ottimo phon. E' davvero posizionata in posto strategico, a 20 minuti dal centro. Il prezzo per il weekend dell'8 dicembre è da svenire, ma tanto sono così alti tutti i prezzi a Lyon, quindi era davvero il meno costoso sulla piazza. Casa pulita, letto matrimoniale ok. Tutto sommato, esperienza positiva, ci tornerei."

"Sehr gepflegtes und voll ausgestattetes Haus in sehr guter Lage. Wir hatten zwei E-Bikes dabei und konnten diese direkt hinter der Haustür sehr gut unterstellen und aufladen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und vor allem der Wintergarten bei wechselhaftem Wetter ein wirklicher Gewinn! Perros-Guriec ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der Rosa-Granit-Küste.... keine große Stadt aber mit ausreichend Gastronomie und zwei schönen Stränden."

"Perfect location just a couple of streets back from the harbour front. Well equipped kitchen area and high standard of cleanliness. Parking this centrally is not easy, but we used the recommended Parking de la Viguerie (2-3 minutes walk) and obtained a reduced "abonnement" daily fee by visiting the office at Parking des Mimosa, as recommended in the property instructions."
