"Marie and Denis were awesome hosts! We got a very nice bedroom with a private bedroom, good wifi and suggestions on where to get food for dinner and castels to visit around. Each morning we got a very rich breakfast (nicer than many hotels!) including pain au chocolat, croissant, jam, fruit, yogurt and homemade sweets. Onzain is very nicely located, connected via train to Blois. From the train station to the house is a pretty long walk, but still doable. If you come by car, it's a 100% recommended staying since there is plenty of parking around!"

"Esay to find, and very individual. It's a pleasure to find such a distincitve dwelling – the only similar houses I know are fishermen's cottages in Aldeburgh. There's a restaurant a few doiors down, which was a bonus."

"Our stay at Le Jardin du Castillon was a truly enchanting experience. The location, nestled in the Provence, offered a breathtaking view of nature's splendour, perfect path for morning jogging around. The nearby stables added to the rustic charm, providing a picturesque setting that perfectly complemented the romantic ambiance of the region. We particularly enjoyed the delightful company of Bonnie, the friendly dog, who made our stay feel even more like a home away from home. The room itself was a haven of coziness, with its charming decor, beddings and comfortable furnishings, making it the perfect retreat after a day of working. "Our host was extremely helpful, she came and knocked on the door to tell us where the parking was (right outside the door but there was a cone to reserve it for us). A bonus was the electric car charger across the road. The flat was immaculate and had everything that you could want, basic cooking ingredients, coffee pods, cleaning equipment etc. Shops and restaurants were all within a five minute walk."
