"Matthias and Emily were exceptional hosts. Made us feel so welcome and were very patient letting us practice our not-so-great French on them! They kindly upgraded us to a beautiful split level apartment which gave us privacy, an extraordinarily comfortable bed and our own personal jacuzzi. Whilst we didn't get to use the jacuzzi the upgrade was appreciated. Location is out the way, but peaceful and in a beautiful setting right by the Dordogne. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful - the eggs were a highlight. Emily very kindly booked supper for us at a restaurant in a nearby town. The welcome at the restaurant was warm, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again if we were in the Bordeaux area."

"Beautiful place just in the right side of Dordogne River. Really in the countryside. Kind of farm with some nice animals and pets. Wonderful French-English breakfast with the possibility to have charming al fresco dinner. We will come back for sure."

"Nothing really. Well, if it is necessary to write something, maybe you must pay attention with mosquitos, but, near an incredible mass of water like the Dordogne in this latitude, it is pretty normal."

"My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this very nice B&B accomodation in the French countryside. B&B owners Matthias and Emily did everything to make our stay a pleasure, this kind of hospitality you do not find often. Location of the B&B is nice with Bordeaux and Saint Emilion both within 35 minutes by car."
