La résidence dispose d’une piscine partagée et se trouve à proximité de rues animées, de commerces et de toutes commodités. "Super emplacement quand on veut être un peu à l'écart. Bien situé entre Angers et Saumur (environ 30min). Habitation atypique et bien équipée. Attention à l'escalier un peu raide et glissant en chaussettes (oui j'ai fait un shuss...). Super accueil de l'hôte!!! Merci :)"

"Lovely place, conveniently located and comfortably furnished. It was recently renovated, so everything is brand new. Everything you need is close. The supermarket is literally two-minute' walk, and the city center and tourist attractions are within close proximity. The bakery nearby has a great baguette traditionnelle. The property itself is cozy and comfortable. It has enough room to accommodate a family easily. We had our pets with us, and they were comfortable, too. Parking is free right beside the house. Hosts are friendly and helpful, offered some advice on places to go and provided all the instructions for the property. We had a great time here."

"It was a charming loft studio, a good walk to the station that takes you into Paris for under €3 and it's right opposite a couple of good bakeries. The supermarket is about a 7 minute walk away. There's also an espresso machine in the kitchen"
