"We had a wonderful stay! The communication was absolutely perfect from start to finish — clear, fast, and super helpful. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better — just a 3-minute walk from the historic center of Tours, in a quiet and charming area. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions for getting the keys. Any time we had a question, the host responded quickly and kindly. Excellent client service overall. Highly recommended!"
