"Location, Great apartment 👍🏻"

"The bachelor apartment is conveniently located in a gated community, has direct access to tram #2 to the Nice airport or to the city centre. There are 2 large grocery stores within 3-4 min walk. The beach is within walking distance. The apartment is well maintained, has AC, washer, dishwasher, induction cooktop and stove. It has a very generous terrace."

"A very comfortable house just a few minutes’ walk from the center and the beach. Private parking right in front of the house, with plenty of space even for a larger car. The cliffs and the botanical garden are also within walking distance, about 20–25 minutes away. Inside, the apartment has all the amenities you could need; the rooms and beds are super comfortable. Everything is tasteful and spotless. Charleen was kind and always available, responding to all our questions immediately. We would be happy to return anytime!"

"Cottage is very well appointed. Pool is clean and well maintained. Management and support is excellent. Beautiful outlook. Tranquil and relaxing. Highly recommended for people who want to get away from it all. Its only a few minutes drive to the nearest town."
