"Kate is such a wonderful host, and the house is very calm and peaceful. Kate has done a wonderful job of creating an oasis of a garden, which was a delight to enjoy at the end of a long day of travel. Additionally, the breakfast is wonderful with delightful fresh croissants that she goes to pick up herself. We couldn't have felt more welcomed, and will surely be back. Thank you Kate!"

"Kate and her accommodation make you feel at home, and we know that this is one of those places that we will always remember. Also, having cereal, yogurt, and fruit as part of the breakfast was a winner for us."

"Dog friendly, quiet location and off road parking . Travelling with our elderly Spaniel we were all made very welcome. The room on the ground floor with en suite shower room had everything we needed. Access to tea making facilities was really appreciated. Kate recommended a local restaurant a short drive away for our evening meal. After a great night's sleep in a really comfy bed we had a good continental breakfast before our departure. Charroux is an interesting historic small town"

"Good continental breakfast. Very quiet area. Big garden and terrace to relax. Hosts really shared their home with us, including watching their television. All facilities were provided, including a mini kitchen and washing machine."

"Logement très complet, tout le confort nécessaire, propre et un environnement calme. La plage se situe à 8/10 mn à pied. Le balcon doté d’un auvent qui permet de déjeuner dehors, est un plus. Merci beaucoup à Isabelle pour son accueil chaleureux et sympathique."

"Even though a little distanced from Nice old town (about 30 min brisk walk, or with a tram from close by; close also to the Riquier train station), the location was quite good, as it was within walking distance to Mont-Boron and from there on to Villefrance-sur-Mer. Also the location was close by a Tour de France (2020) route. Both of these exercises, walking and cycling, do involve significant height differences, so good fun to be had but be warned. The walk to the city center is flatter. Fenced parking a nice option, even though it was left unused on this trip. A one room apartment with sofa bed, quite decent for sleeping, and the small balcony a big plus. Good bakeries close by too, and grocery stores. I'd choose this over a hotel room any time, but then again, I also don't mind at all a bit of self-help on the daily routines."

"La propreté, tous les équipements prévus dans la maison et dans les extérieurs (produits de nettoyage, linge de maison, vaisselle, casseroles, bains de soleil, etc...) Trouver du thé, de petites madeleines, du sucre, de l'huile, du sel, ..., a été aussi une agréable surprise. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme du lieu Merci à la propriétaire et à ses filles pour leur gentillesse."
