"Really good lively location, surrounded by a huge selection of restaurants, bistros, bars and transport links. Apartment was very clean and in a nice building. We were very comfortable for our stay. Good instructions sent by the owners to gain access, and they were also responsive when we contacted them. Well equipped kitchen and the washing machine was useful. Really nice shower in the main bedroom. Overall comparatively good value."

"The apartment was brilliant. Beautiful. Comfy. Lovely place to come home to after travelling/disney. Close to bakery and market. Uber was super handy for trips to disney, getting takeaways or Groceries and taking us to airport. All very reasonable. Hot tub wasa lovely added bonus."

"It was a really pleasant stay at Au Pied du Cognelot! The host Bruno was very welcoming and friendly, and we had a good laugh in the morning. "This a great studio, I spend a very happy week here, attending a language course and thermal treatments in Vichy.  Geographically, it cannot be any better- close to the station, centre, spa and the park, all walking distance. You have absolutely everything you need in the flat, for cooking, cleaning and washing. It is honest, simple and highly functioning. All restaurants and shoos at the doorstep. The bed was very comfortable- in fact, I will miss its softness when I am back home to my hard bed- thank you Melanie and Stephanie for making my stay so snuggly! Last but not least- previous reviews mentioned some noisy neighbours  ( I even bought earplugs with that in mind)- but no, it was very quiet at night , great and friendly neighbourhood. I would encourage anyone to book with confidence, as it is a very good accommodation in a very good place."
