"Staff and management were very friendly and always looking to please us and make our stay better, even going out of their way to help us find more entertainment. The food was so well prepared and tasty with large servings. The free WiFi pleased the children the only negative once we were there we realized we needed more time staying there than we had booked. We can't recommend Mango Bay Resort and the staff / Management highly enough it provides a truly refreshing family stay and gives the experience of engaging with real Fijian people and lifestyle."

"Truly a place to just get away from everything. Limited internet, but when here, it's what you don't really need. Hosts and staff are next level, and go above and beyond, super friendly. Airport transfer was arranged, on time. Food was super tasty, which considering where you are, it's very important, cos alternative is a bit of a distance away. Ed (owner), organised tours for us and recommend the best to do. Yeah the place can do with some maintenance, but put it aside and just get into the Fiji way. Our beach side bure was comfortable, good bed and great pillows. Love the outdoor shower. Gardens are well kept. Free water things to use."

"Beds were comfortable and lighting in room was good. Quiet location, good amenities such as free snorkels and kayaks. Loved that two-room villas had two bathrooms. Lovely gardens and peaceful surrounds. Perfect sunset views from here."

"No gluten free options, I had to bring my own toast and weetbix. Menu isn’t extensive so if you’re here for more than a couple of days you’ll be repeating meals, and options are even more limited if you have dietary needs. Office wasn’t open on arrival and it was difficult to find out where to go-more signage would help. Needed a handrail for steps up to villa."

"Very sheltered location away from main road so quiet. Great views and lovely pool. Sea was good for snorkelling at high tide."

"The location is fabulous. It's tucked away from the crowds on a private beach offering snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room with great view. Spacious pool. Excellent menu catering to dietary needs. Tours and activities organised easily by the resort."
