"Comfortable place in a quiet location. Some say it's a dangerous neighborhood but I didn't feel it that way."

"Lacked some essential in the kitchen but they gave me salt and sugar when I asked for it. Also a heater because the room can get cold. And there were some issues with the hot water at some point."

"The place was really clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing! They let us leave our bags in storage when we went to the Amazon. Twice we had to wait in Quito for night buses. They let us wait in the hotel after checkout which made our stay so much more comfortable. Would highly recommend this place!"
