"The apartment is conveniently located at the edge of Protaras; there are lots of amenities nearby (supermarkets, bakeries, cafes). The interior of the flat is refurbished and fully equipped. The pool is spacious and clean."
"The beds are not particularly comfortable. The complex and the apartment's immediate exterior need urgent refurbishment. A sign guiding the visitors to the apartments is also a requirement—we had trouble locating the flat."
"Very nice and cozy apartment on the ground floor, overlooking the pool, equipped with absolutely everything, 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach, supermarkets nearby, pet friendly. We will go there again, for sure."

"Fantastic apartment, has everything you need including a large kitchen. Its spotlessly clean. You walk straight out onto the pool deck where there are tables/chairs, sunloungers. The location is great with plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance. The host was super accommodating to requests and replied very quickly. Can't fault it and we've stayed twice within the last month."

"The apartment is located at the ground floor. It is completely equpped with everything we needed. Close to it are bakeries and restaurants. We had also a great communication with the owner. We had a nice and lovely stay and trip. We would gladly recommend it!!!"

"Tout était parfait ! La communication était parfaite et nous avons eu la possibilité de rester au delà de 10h le matin grâce a la compréhension du propriétaire face a notre situation (enfants malade ce jour la) ! L'appartement est très pratique, bien agence et le bonus : la piscine. Cela a permis a mes deux filles de profiter de la fin de journée malgré que leur petit frère était en train de se reposer dans la chambre. Mille merci a vous !"

"Это апартаменты на ground floor с выходом к бассейну. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для проживания (кухня со всем наполнением, стиральная машинка и пр.). В квартире есть большая комната с двухспальной кроватью и две маленькие комнаты (одна из комнат вообще без окон). Есть крытое парковочное место рядом со входом. Рядом есть автобусные остановки и большой Зорпас, где можно купить еду. Район, где находятся апартаменты не очень удобен тем, что это не туристическое место, т.е. рядом нет кафе, развлечений для туристов и мест, где можно просто погулять. Но зато там тихо и спокойно, кому что нужно. До всех крутых пляжей Протараса нужно ехать на машине или автобусе. В апартаментах можно останавливаться с домашними животными."
"Апартаменты очень темные и немного сырые. Наверное в жаркое лето там хорошо скрываться от солнца, но мы были в начале мая и было не очень то комфортно. Состояние апартаментов очень среднее. В апартаментах нет вообще дивана или кресла, только кровати, это не критично конечно, но не всегда удобно."

"Spacious house with a beautiful garden and a large pool, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. It has three bedrooms (one en-suite) and an additional bathroom upstairs, while downstairs you’ll find a cozy living room, dining area, kitchen, and guest toilet. There are comfortable sitting areas both at the front and back of the house, as well as a well-equipped BBQ space. The pool is generously sized, and the property offers everything you might need to fully enjoy your stay.The owner was very helpful, quickly answering all our questions over Viber chat (we didn’t meet in person), and even granted us a late check-out since the house was available."

"This is the second time we have stayed here and just as good the second time, Peiya is less touristy than the main Coral Bay strip so is nice and not too busy. Lovely Villa, well equipped with two en-suite doubles and a nice balcony. Outside the swimming pool area is great. A short walk to two little supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants/take-aways."
