"I really liked my stay at Emerald Suites. Everything was excellent! The location is perfect, and the room was very clean. I especially loved the beautiful sea view. I would definitely stay here again."

"A very spacious 1st floor apartment in Block C with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms overlooking the sea. The location was very quiet and most local amenities were closed. However a 15 minute drive to Parlimni provided access to 3 large supermarkets and shopping. The large wrap around terrace enjoyed sunshine all day. The beds were very comfortable. There were adequate utensils to cook but not everything required for a longer stay e.g. oven gloves missing."

"The hot water supply was intermittent as available via a solar panel. Hence some hot water at the end of the day. The electric water heater system did not work. So most showers were lukewarm at best. There is a new development being built next to the swimming pool, whilst it did not disturb us, with groundworks being dug, we would imagine when full construction gets underway in the Spring and Summer it could disturb guests."

"Great location. There were two nice sized rooms, two bathrooms and a good size living and dining area with a balcony. There is a nice view over the sea and there is a small cove with a nice beach and which is great to swim at. There are also water sports available for payment. The host was very responsive and helpful."

"The kitchen was not have everything we expected and the oven was missing a baking tray although the host did supply one when we requested it. In one of the bedrooms the cupboards need fixing as the door does not slide properly. The key issue is that there is building works in front of the property. There was rock breaking and excavator work which started and 0730 and continued all day. This meant we could not sit on the balcony and had to keep the windows closed most of the time in order to avoid the noise."

"On weekdays, the construction work in the neighborhood was noisy, though of course that’s not the host’s fault. It would have been nice to be able to choose the specific room, floor, and side of the building, as the double bedroom apartment in the photos looked slightly different from the one we stayed in. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience."

"Not the sea view advertised. You can 'tell' there is sea but compare the photos advertised vs the actual. No grasses but construction ground. Update the photos if there have been changes to the environment. I booked sea view at extra cost to stay in, but this affected my holiday plan. The housekeeping manager admitted the difference, but response from the property owner was irresonsible just saying it is the sea view to him."

"Excellent location and apartments, we have stayed here repeatedly. Please note that it is currently uninhabitable due to new construction work. Of course, we were not informed in advance by the accommodation provider about the ongoing construction work, and subsequently they showed no insight or willingness to resolve or compensate for the situation in any way."

"Attention!!! In the immediate vicinity of the Emerald Suites apartment complex, construction is beginning on a large new apartment complex + several villas. The project is called SABAI BY THE SEA. According to inquiries made on site, construction will continue throughout the entire next season! The construction site is about 20 meters away from the accommodation, see photo. During our stay, there was enormous noise from excavators and enormous dust, making it uninhabitable from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No self-reflection from the accommodation provider, only lies. Disappointment also with the approach of Booking's customer service."
