"Perfect. The host was very comunicative very helpful. We stayed in another apartment on the roof which was amazing. It’s called Zulinha and we loved it. We would stay there again without a doubt."

"L'appartement est bien situé par rapport aux départs des randonnées: aluguers à proximité. Le quartier est en reconstruction, mais comme de nombreux endroits au Cap Vert finalement. La ville de Ribeira Grande possède des petits commerces où l'on trouve l'essentiel. Un restaurant à conseiller: la cantinho de amizado, un excellent rapport qualité / prix, un accueil très sympathique. Janete est présente dès qu'on la sollicite, elle s'est occupée de nous réserver le taxi pour venir et aller au port."

"L'appartement du dessous était en travaux, et ensuite à été loué. Le problème est qu'il y a, ce qui était sans doute avant un puits de lumière (car les logements, en général, sont très sombres) et nous entendions toutes les conversations et avions une vue sur leur cuisine car une simple plaque de verre était posée. Janete a posé une grosse couverture pour atténuer le bruit et couvrir la vue. Ce problème a été signalé à la propriétaire qui en est consciente va le prendre en compte."

"This accomodation is much better than it looks on the pictures. The room was spacious and clean, and quiet at night. The breakfast was amazing - the best we had in Cabo Verde. Everyone from the staff was very friendly and although the English of most of the stuff is very limited, we always managed to somehow understand each other. David is fluent in English and was very helpful in providing tips for hikes and logistics."

"The apartment was very comfortable, everything worked perfectly and there was hot water for showers. The place overall is just very well equipped for beach stays, with a delicious food from the restaurant below and very kind staff. Its a very easy drive to get there in a beautiful location. You can also rent kayaks and stand up paddle."

"The key advantage of this apartment is its location, on a complex with pool, looking over the ocean, with a nice balcony and greenery all round, but right in the middle of everything in Santa Maria. It is perhaps less modern and luxurious than other properties further along the beach, a bit outside the town, but we didn't see anything that would have compared to ours for location and views."

"The apartment for five was very spacious. Even if we were more than five, there would be plenty of space for more. A completely equipped and functional kitchen allowed us to prepare any meal at any time, plus the short walk to laginha Beach makes the Maya Apartment the best value for the money in Mindelo. On top of that, the host, Mr. Rómulo, was extremely helpful as he went out of his way to get us back an extra night as we lost our flight back home. I truly recommend Maya Apartments"

"Casa Familiar Por do Sol is a wondrous accommodation, nestled in a beautiful lush green valley with fantastic views. Margaret and her family were just fantastic, making us feeling like home and cooking for us just crazily good food. Everything was fresh and picked from the garden, we felt welcomed and part of the family immediately. Super recommended!"
