"Spacious apartment equipped with one induction cooking plate, a microwave and an air fryer. Beds are comfy and the outside seating area is nice. Nice breeze in the bedrooms let us sleep comfortably. The owner is responding to all questions quickly. The shower confused us in the beginning, as we were unable to turn it on. Turns out you have to tilt the button to start the water (turn for temperature control."

"The apartment is a bit away from the centre, which admittedly was visible on Google maps. What wasn't visible was the dark, uninhabited stretch of land on the way from the centre to the apartment. Bit scary at night. Free toiletries in our case were two rolls of toilet paper, two big towels and a hand towel - for three people/four nights not quite sufficient. Bring toilet paper and your own soap... A kettle in the kitchen would have been great. The beach near the apartment was stony and full of red algae at the end of July. Better to walk 15 minutes to the beach near the centre."

"Second time i booked this appartement , and everything was clean and comfortabel . Good contact with the owner and good pick up and handling with the key. Enough supplies for cook. Good location .i had to good holiday . Thanks for the stay ."

"La comunicación con la propietaria fue excelente pese a la barrera del idioma ya que estuvo atenta en todo momento para ayudarnos en lo que necesitaramos. Además no se encuentra tan alejado del centro como parece en un primer momento."

"El apartamento estaba limpio pero el cepillo, fregona y demás, tenían ya muchos "km" de uso y ensuciaban más de lo que limpiaban al utilizarlos. Se necesitaría renovar."

"O apartamento é excelente. Está em óptimas condições de conservação, é limpo, arquitectura moderna, e a localização também é excelente. Tem wi-fi, água quente e fria, máquina de lavar roupa, estendal, várias toalhas, vários sabonetes, etc. A privacidade é excelente, pois não há uma recepção. O apartamento superou as minhas expectativas; vale muito à pena."

"- I booked very short notice, and it worked out - Very nice room in the big house of a very kind lady who speaks perfect English (total of 2 rooms available) - Bathroom and toilet is shared by both rooms, however was absolutely impeccably clean, I'd say the cleanest I've seen during my 3 week stay on Cabo Verde - Room had everything I needed for a good night - Less than 10 minutes by car from the airport - Correct GPS location is: 16.754054,-22.930076 (You can enter it like this into Google Maps)"

"Man hat zwar keinen Blick auf das Meer, ist aber in weniger als 5 Minuten am Strand. Lage war wirklich gut besonders da wir nicht Selbstversorger sein wollten und es nebenan das beste Kaffee für Frühstück gab. Den Garten mit Pool haben wir nicht genutzt da wir nur 3 Nächte hier waren aber es sah sehr einladend aus vom Balkon. Angenehm war dass die Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Allerdings bräuchte man diese nicht unbedingt wenn die Türen zum Balkon mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet wären. Es gibt doch einige Mücken. Man könnte so besser mit offenen Türen schlafen und die Klimaanlage ruhen lassen und Strom sparen. Es gab rege Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern. Auch waren sie flexibel in Bezug auf meine kurzfristige Anfrage zu Umbuchung der Nächte. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt da wir sonst Probleme mit der restlichen Tour Planung gehabt hätten."

"In a quieter part of town so no disturbances by revellers headed home. Flat was spacious and clean. Had all the facilities we needed. Close to the beach, had a balcony as well. There's porters there, they look after the whole building so it's pretty secure."
