The host should have explained how all the property facilities functioned or a set of instructions. We did not know about the water jets or lights of the pool. Slight smell in the room and lots of lizards and flys

* very poorly equipped kitchen * it was stated that basic hygiene products would be provided - we were only given hand soap * tiny bin for an 8 people property * pillows were very bad * overall a bit run down and could need some renovation (tile in bathroom had fallen off before we even checked in / lamp over dining room table partially broken)

"Our third visit to the chalet....as ever, the chalet was beautifully presented, comfortable and warm, with everything you need. The view is to die for and Noirin and her husband were a great help, as always, and looked after us in every way....a tue gem of a property...."

"Fantastic views of the Matterhorn, plus the town of Zermatt, especially from the bedroom upstairs which means the view is wonderful to look at when you wake up in the morning! Very comfort and cosy refurbished old cabin which has real authenticity. The owners are very friendly and always helpful."

The three flights of stairs to go to the toilet during the night and carting up all our ski gear from the road below.
