"Everything works well, close to gondola, staff is great, food is very good. A small tip to improve: slightly earlier breakfast than 7:30, it would help us be on the mountain activities earlier - some races are scheduled to be there at 8:15 which is not possible if the breakfast starts 7:30."

"The location is perfect, close to train, bus stations. Also within walking distances to the major attractions such as Reichenbach Falls, Sherlock Holmes Museum, Aare Gorge ,etc. Breakfast was super, with variety of food. Chef Remo cooked eggs for all gusts."

We had some problems with the booking.com due to credit card and even after booking.com cancelled our booking, the hotel was able to help us secure back the same booking. My daughter lost a doll in the room and they mail it back to us. Top notch service. Location is very near the gondola as well (less than 10minutes way away) . Decent breakfast as well with hot food, yogurt, cereals and the usual bread and crossiants, etc."

"Tout était très bien, le personnel très avenant. Le petit déjeuner très bon et varié. La situation est vraiment top. Nous avons pu parquer sur le parking de l'hôtel et aller à pied jusqu'aux remontées mécaniques. La piscine juste à côté était bien pratique tout comme la proximité du centre-ville"
