"We showed up at the door to get into the pool at 7:30 pm and the door was closed. I understand that there's other things to do but have someone stay at the front desk at least while the pool is supposed to be open. It is really cold outside."
"I loved the location, is very centered for whoever wants to go see the Rally Race. We arrived somewhat late and thankfully the front desk is 24/7 open. Breakfast included is what I always look for when my partner and I do a short weekend out. The room were clean and spacious, the heater was working well too. Easy to check in and out."

"In contrast to the attacks on the hotel, I want to thank you for the clean beds, absolutely quiet apartment, everything works shower, hair dryer, electricity and charging points, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator and iron. There is warm water. We swam in a warm indoor pool and sat in the sauna, it was wonderful. Zero in the park behind the hotel, there is an exit to the river right behind the hotel, where you can relax with your family, eat, walk along the green grass. Everything is neat and tidy. Our room was in a separate one-story block. The hotel is in the city center, everything is within walking distance. We will definitely come back. Breakfast as usual: coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt and baked waffles."

"We chose Sword Inn for a simple over-night trip to a friend's in the area and the value was incredible. The room was not only clean but also thoughtfully equipped with all the little amenities you could need, including biodegradable packaging for the lotion and soap, which was a really nice touch. The motel itself had so much more than we anticipated. We loved having access to the pool and the games room, and the breakfast in the morning was a perfect start to our day. Honestly, it was a breath of fresh air compared to a recent stay we had in Blue Mountain where we were missing even the most basic comforts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay that truly goes above and beyond!"
