"The beds are comfortable, though the bathrooms could use some improvement. I stayed in a shared dormitory for 10 people and it turned out to be quite nice. Each bed has its own locker for storing your backpack, and at reception there are additional lockers if you need to leave valuables, like my camera, which I couldn't leave in the room due to its cost. That was very convenient and gave me peace of mind. The breakfast was very good, especially considering the price of the accommodation. They also offer an airport shuttle service, which is a great plus if you're traveling at night and concerned about safety."

"So comfortable, I didn't want to leave! I really struggled to get of bed, in a good way, and the huge variety of seating in the reception area is great. Food was delicious and freshly made. "This hotel is located in a quiet residential area few minutes walk from the main plaza Upon arriving at the airport a tax was waiting as requested. The check in process was smooth and I was given a large room with a bed to match . English is surprisly well spoken after having a challenge with hotels in Santa Cruz. They also arranged very pleasant tours to the vineyards. The breakfast was adequate for a hotel in that range . Will go back again for more tours ."
