The room (101) was really comfortable, the heating controllable and room cosy, great view out onto the parliament building, good selection for breakfast, and the guy at reception was so helpful with everything. If I ever come back to Sofia this will be my first choice of hotel."

"I stayed in Arte Hotel several times and I really enjoyed every time the stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the city center, close to many tourist attractions and with very easy access to public transportation. There is a paid public parking nearby, which was very practical for me. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. What impressed us the most was the staff – extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back."
