"Confortable, specious, well located, with a nice enclosed garden , good for families with children. The kitchen, bathroom and beddings were well equipped with everything needed for a while family to stay comfortably. The apartment was clean and overall amenities of the building are well maintained. Car park space is rented separately."

"Апартаментът е просторен и комфортен. Мястото е близо до трамвайна спирка."

"Може да се поправи корнизът на завесата в хола, тъй като е неизползваема, понеже пада при дърпане. Трябва да се поправи казанчето на тоалетната. Има странна миризма, която е възможно да е от завесите, които не са прани скоро или от друго."
