"The staff stayed until my arrival at 10:30 and explained everything very well"
"The acoustic insulation between rooms is not ideal"
"Clean. A bit outdates. Very friensly hotel next to the train station."

"Nice hotel for a short break. Conveniently located for exploring Ghent and further afield as the main station is only a short walk away."
"Aucun."
"The hotel looks old on the photos, but it has a really nice retro vibe, it is very close to the train."
"The only thing I feel it needs are standard pillows, the ones provided were more bed cushions than pillows, a bit big for our liking."
"Clean, good location. Helpful while they are there."
"Lamps didn't work and there was not soap. Although everything can be fix, the hostel should take care that the facilities are ok to receive guests. There is no receptionist all the time. Housekeeping only by request."
"Fantastic location, nice large room with desk and mini fridge. Central location and perfect for transport, restaurants and bars etc. Lovely interiors and nice atmosphere. Comfy bed, had everything we needed."
"Restaurant/ bar wasn't open. Windows opened out to other rooms/ train lines."
"Has everybody says about this location it's the train station but we were unfortunate that there was work going on and it is extremely noisy. Obviously you pick this hotel For location so don't be complaining about the noise but you do really need to understand how noisy it can be during the night. If you can keep the windows closed it really helps. Staff were fabulous"
"Noise outside"
"The location we needed. It is near the train station."
"1. No person at reception most of the time 2. Light bulbs were either missing or not working 3. Empty body wash dispenser 4. the room was so dusty. 5. several extra stuff (like damage lamp) stored inside the room"
"The location is strategic near the train station and the public city transport The building is a nice house of 1930."
"The room I booked was very small with sound and vision on the railway so if you have a light sleep that's not the place for you. One lamp doesn't work. The dining room was not operative. There was a little mess in the corners of the common spaces."

"Locatie, volledige privacy heel groot grasveld waar het verblijf op stond. aan het rand van het dorp klein stukje lopen was je bij het bos achter de chalet. Groot winkelcentrum op 16km afstand in Luxemburg. Accommodatie was erg schoon en netjes. Sauna was ook een meerwaarde!"

"We loved all the little details the host provided. There were little chocolate eggs throughout including on our pillows. She had chilled glasses and a bottle from a local brewery waiting for us in the fridge. It was very clean and welcoming, cozy and beautiful. The place was exactly what we were hoping for - a cozy getaway space to rest and recoup. As much wood as we wanted and we had the fire going the whole time we were there! Also the host provided a water and food bowl for our dog as well as some dog biscuits. There was a large field opposite our rental where we could take our dog to do her business. Easily accessible and very near grocery stores. Highly recommended. Lily could not have been nicer or more helpful. She provided us with loads of information about what activities were available in the area. She is a star host!"
