"I had a wonderful three-night stay at Mahmud Hostel in Sheki. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from the old city and local sights, and it made exploring the area so easy. The apartment was spacious, clean, and really comfortable, with a lovely balcony that offered great views of the surrounding mountains and city. The free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen made settling in a breeze. What stood out most were the hosts. They were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It genuinely felt like staying with friends. I’d highly recommend Mahmud Hostel to anyone visiting Sheki."

"Perfect place and hosts for both a short and a long stay. Located in the old city, within a walking distance to the historical places, restaurants, local bakeries and grocery stores. Clean cozy room and facilities, fantastic view from the balcony, free washing machine with laundry powder! Hosts are very kind and wonderful people. You can experience Azerbijan's local people's living here. Highly recommended. :)"

"老板和他老婆人很好，他老婆英语也不错，帮我订了去火车站的车。不要问我为什么没有自己在Bolt上叫车。Bolt在关键时刻总是掉链子，而且在Bolt地图上找不到舍基火车站。就是这么魔幻。Hostel离舍基的各种景点都很近。他家的小狸猫很聪明呢，睡觉猫都会吐舌头吗？"

"During my stay in Sheki, Mahmud Hostel offered a much more comfortable and welcoming environment than I expected. The hostel was very clean, tidy, and tastefully designed. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and I was especially impressed by the beautiful view from the balcony. The location was also perfect — very close to the city center and historical landmarks, so there was no need to drive anywhere. Waking up every morning to fresh air and peaceful surroundings made the experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Mahmud — he had prepared everything in advance before our arrival. During our stay, we truly felt like we were at home. I wholeheartedly recommend Mahmud Hostel to anyone planning to stay in Sheki!"
