"Wonderful place with amazing staff that truly exceeded our expectations. The main advantages are the excellent location — just a 10‑minute walk to the bus stop and major attractions. Our room included both breakfast and dinner, with dinner offering the flexibility to choose the dishes we wanted, which was incredibly helpful during rainy weather when it was impossible to go out in the evening. The hotel provides everything you might need: slippers, toothbrushes, and other essentials. The housekeeping service was excellent — the room was cleaned very carefully, and even our personal belongings were neatly arranged, which is something you rarely experience in Europe. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and ready to help. We would especially like to highlight Hayal and Malik for their outstanding service."
