"Wir wurden sehr nett mit armenischem Brandy und selbst gemachtem Saft (Früchte aus dem eigenen Garten) begrüßt. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man hat viel Platz in der Küche, im Garten oder auf der Couch."

"The apartment is very well located and very well equipped - we were using the kitchen a lot. There's a very nice terrace to relax in the evening. The subway station is 5 mins walking distance, the downtown - 15 mins walk. Overall, the apartment is very cozy, clean and nice, it has a feeling of home about it. Everything was working flawlessly and taken care of. Communication with the host was super-quick and trouble-free."

"Quiet large room with a view of the garden. We staid here for three days. Very friendly hosts who fulfilled all our wishes. Excellent breakfast, all grown in the home garden. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and a snack. Parking here is no problem. We recommend staying here!"

"We booked Gevorg’s apartment last minute after the property we had originally reserved for four nights refused our accommodation due to a lack of available rooms. Gevorg responded very promptly and commuted from outside Yerevan to let us in. The apartment is great value - perfect for two friends, with separate sleeping areas, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen. Everything matched the description and photos, including the amazing view of Mount Ararat."
