"The hotel was clean and had beautiful mountain views, making our stay very enjoyable. What impressed us the most was Gayane — she was so kind and attentive, and it felt like she was doing the work of several people all by herself. It would be great if she had some helpers to support her because she puts a lot of effort into making sure everyone is taken care of. Big thanks to Gayane for her amazing hospitality!"

"A wonderful stay in a lovely family-run place. It was amazing waking up to the birds chirping and the river flowing. The staff was super sweet and did everything to make us comfortable. The room is spacious and the chairs outside are perfect for being in nature. The bed is comfortable and the shower was good too (different settings on the shower head, so you can change the pressure) There are also lots of places to sit outside and just chill out. Their cooking staff is amazing, super sweet. They made delicious food for breakfast & supper, and we really enjoyed everything!"

"My husband is very tall (2m) and the ceiling in the bathroom is a little short for him, but it was nothing major."

"We had a great time staying for one night at Debatoun, where we met the owners (Svetlana and her husband) who have created an incredibly lovely space! The room is spacious, bed is super comfortable, and everything was super clean. We arrived when it was snow outside, still inside the room it was very warm and cozy, and the aunties were very cute and prepared very tasty food. I cannot say enough, just don’t hesitate to stay here!"

"What a magical place. Tucked right by the Debed River, quiet, green, and full of peace. It’s just you, nature, and a soft calm that wraps around you like a hug. Svetlana and Hayk, the hosts, are simply wonderful: warm, caring, always there if you need anything. And the chef… oh, the food! Every meal tasted like love: generous portions, homemade flavors, the kind of food that makes you feel at home, maybe even at your grandma’s home ))) Debatoun isn’t just a stay, it’s a feeling. A place that welcomes you with open arms… and when you leave, Debatoun is always here to hug you back...hug warmly 🤍"

"The host was so kind, helpful, and attentive. The setting was relaxing, with multiple seating areas near the river. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is challenging to get around the area without a car, but the hostess arranged for one of their workers to drop us in the next town for a hike and then again to take us back to Georgia. I would definitely stay here again!"
