"Fantastic place to stay in Ksmail . Location perfect for exploring the area accessing trips and tours, and experiencing both busy and quiet areas . The hotel room was perfect, clean, comfortable and with a sea view . Despite being near loud bars on the sea front, once we closed doors there was no noise we were undisturbed and slept really well . Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying amazing sunsets . The staff were all pleasant and helpful . The young lad that served breakfast, was so lovely and did a great job . The amount of food was very generous , more than we could eat ! The bus to Sarande was outside the hotel so ideal for getting back to the ferry port . Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again !"

"A very well-located brand and new small hotel with a beautiful view from the sea facing rooms. There is a parking area right next to the hotel which is a huge bonus as street parking can be difficult. The owners were very friendly and there is a restaurant on site. I expected to hear the noisy beach bars from our room but we could not hear them at all. It suited our needs perfectly."

"The staff were fabulous and location was great... the closest beach is the busiest but easy to walk a short way to a more relaxed beach and atmosphere. The hotel breakfast so good. Highly recommend for a stay that is easy and good value for Ksamil."

"We didn't mind but the street facing rooms can be a wee bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but funny to watch the street action at night."

"Hotel is on excellent location. Everything you may need is there in a few steps, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy and most important beach. Exceptionally clean and fragrant room, spacious. Breakfast could be better and more varied. You can enjoy the unreal view of the sunset from the restaurant area .Staff was realy kind and friendly. Parking is available for free. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back."

"The rooms on the street side are a little noisy because of the traffic and people passing by, but when you close the window everything is fine."

"Lovely 4 night stay. Made to feel very welcome by all staff. Room & view superb. Breakfast was amazing with a banquet of food! Enjoyed 2 lovely evenings in the hotel restaurant with beautiful sunset views. Lovely hotel in a great location & staff very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!"

"The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and so breathtaking, also it’s a great sized space. We had a double bed with a single and it was more than spacious for 2 of us. The bedding and towels were changed daily, it was super clean. Great shower and excellent wi-fi. The staff couldn’t do enough and were really friendly. The breakfast was huge and really filling for the day. The hotel is in the best location and a few minutes walk to the beach. The room is sound proof so you can’t hear the music from the nightclubs and the doors have double locking system so super secure and you have a safe in the room. This is an amazing hotel and simply has something about it, its family run and you feel right at home. Also the bus stop is outside if you’re coming or going from Sarande. Highly recommend."
